Who we're looking for
Physical security
Security guards
Guard posts, patrols and security for premises and events. A security licence is a plus, but we also take on candidates for training.
Demining
EOD technicians
Humanitarian demining, EOD and deep search at home and abroad. We're looking for experienced EOD technicians and support staff.
Security systems
Technicians (installers)
Installation and maintenance of video surveillance, alarms, access control and fire detection. Electrical knowledge and a category B licence preferred.

Candidate questions
01Do you take on candidates without experience?
Yes, for certain positions. For guards we organise training and support taking the security exam; for technicians the will to learn and basic technical knowledge matter.
02How do I send my CV?
Fill in the application on this page and send your CV to ured@alfasecurity.hr. Use the same full name in the application and the email so we can match them.
03Is the work only in Zagreb?
Most guarding and technical work is in the Zagreb area. Demining projects may involve work at other locations in Croatia and abroad, by arrangement and with compensation.
04When do you reply to an application?
We aim to reply to every candidate, usually within a few working days. If a position is urgent, we'll also contact you by phone.
