2. What data we collect and why

This policy covers personal data you provide through the forms on this website (the contact form and the job-application form). We collect only what you enter yourself:

Contact form: full name, phone, e-mail, the selected service category/service and your message.
Job-application form: full name, phone, e-mail, the position and your message.

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or process your job application. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Legal basis

We process the data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (replying to your enquiry / preparing a quote) and on our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients and candidates. By submitting the form you consent to us contacting you regarding your enquiry.

4. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business communication arising from it, and at most 24 months from the last contact, after which we delete or anonymise it. CVs and job applications are kept until the position is filled, or at most 12 months, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Only authorised persons within the company have access. Form submissions are delivered to our business e-mail via our hosting/e-mail provider, which processes the data solely on our behalf and instructions.

6. Your rights

At any time you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase it ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability and object to processing. Send a request to ured@alfasecurity.hr; we reply within the statutory deadline.

7. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
