Access control
Access control decides who may enter, when and where: access cards, codes or biometrics instead of keys that get lost and copied. For offices, business buildings, warehouses and industry across Croatia and Slovenia.

About the service
Instead of keys
A key is a problem: it gets copied, lost, and never tells you who opened a door and when. Access control replaces it with cards, codes or biometrics, and every passage is logged. You decide who reaches which door, on which days and at which hours, and you revoke access for a single person in seconds, without changing a single lock.
Cards and codes
For most offices and buildings the starting point is access cards or fobs and a code on a keypad. A card is assigned to a person, not to a lock: a lost one is blocked in seconds and a new one issued, with no work on the door. A code is the cheapest option and practical for a small number of users, and we can require a card and a code together where a higher level of security is needed.

Fingerprint
A fingerprint solves the biggest problem with cards and codes, lending. A finger can't be handed to a colleague or left at home, so fingerprint biometrics are ideal for entrances where it matters that exactly the right person is inside: server rooms, archives, safes, laboratories. Reading is instant, and the data is stored as an encrypted template, not as an image of the finger.

Iris of the eye
For the most sensitive areas we use eye biometrics. The iris is unique and practically impossible to forge, and the reading is contactless, the user touches nothing. This level is chosen by sites where the wrong entry means serious risk: data centres, pharmaceuticals, spaces with valuable or dangerous goods.

Combined systems
The highest security doesn't rely on a single factor. By combining, for example a card plus a fingerprint, or a code plus the eye, you get two-factor verification on critical doors: neither a lost card nor a leaked code opens the entrance on its own. We arrange the levels by zone, so the outer entrance works on a card while the vault or server room requires two factors.

Zones, rights and attendance
Whatever the method, the brain of the system is the same: in a few clicks you decide who may enter, where and when, you grant and revoke rights per person, day and hour, and you see a log of every passage. For companies the same system serves as time-and-attendance, arrivals and departures are recorded automatically and the report is ready for payroll. It can be connected to video surveillance and the alarm, so a forced door or an out-of-hours entry is seen, recorded and reported.
Installation and price
We install electronic locks, readers, biometric units, barriers and door controllers, from a single door on an office to dozens of points across a building with several zones. A basic setup for one door (a reader and an electronic lock, installed) goes up to €500, and larger systems are done by project. After a site visit you get a written quote with the exact equipment, the number of points and a fixed price.

What it includes
Where it fits
Office entrances and reception, server rooms and archives, warehouses and production halls, garages and residential-building entrances. For each site we define zones and rights before the first working day.
- Offices: entrance + separate zones
- Buildings: entrances and garages
- Industry: warehouses and server rooms
How we work
From your call to full monitoring in four steps
Call and assessment
You call or send an enquiry. In a short conversation we define what we're protecting, from what and by when. For premises we arrange a free site visit.
Plan and quote
We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.
Delivery
System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.
Monitoring and maintenance
With contracted monitoring, the alarm receiving centre takes over 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions: access control
01Can I revoke access for one person only?
Yes, in seconds and without touching the locks: you disable that card or code and all other users keep working normally. That's the main advantage over keys.
02Cards, codes or biometrics, what's best?
It depends on the site and the number of users. Cards are practical for larger teams, codes are the cheapest, biometrics (fingerprint or iris) remove the problem of lending. We often combine them per zone, with time-limited entry.
03How much does basic access control cost?
A basic setup for one door (a reader and an electronic lock, installed) goes up to €500. Larger systems with several doors, zones and biometrics are done by project; you get the exact price in the quote after a site visit.
04Does it also serve as time-and-attendance?
Yes. Arrivals and departures are logged automatically and exported as a report, so you get attendance data ready for payroll without a paper book.
05Can it connect to cameras and the alarm?
Yes. We connect access control to video surveillance and the alarm and, if you wish, to our alarm receiving centre, so a forced door or out-of-hours entry is verified and reported.
